1. APPLICATION FORM
The application form details shall be duly completed by the candidate in person at Office.
Proper phone number, email-id and address for communication/correspondence shall be given at the time of registration.
Student can contact the aforesaid reception on Monday to Saturday between 9:0 0AM to 6:30 PM for enquiry and admission.
Note: The Academy does not own any responsibility for any miscommunication, if the student provides "wrong telephone number/email-id/address".
2. PHOTOGRAPHS AND PHOTOCOPIES OF CERTIFICATES
Submit the following at office
- -Two Recent Passport Size photographs
- -Study certificates xerox copies (Basis of pursuing CA/CS course)
Note: Old / Mutilated photographs shall not be accepted
Registration is admission.
Admission to classes is subject to following conditions:
- -First-come-first serve basis
- -Payment of fees
- -Availability of seats at the time of registration
Payment may be made by way of cash/cheque/DD. Cheque/DD shall be in favour of “VINSPIRE INSTITUTES PVT. LTD” payable at HYDERABAD.
Fees collected for a particular batch is only for that batch. Set off/Carried forward to next batch / clubbing with other students requirements shall not be entertained strictly at any circumstances.
Refund of fees shall not be entertained at any circumstances after the commencement of classes.
V Inspire Institute may levy suitable penalty or fine a student including cancellation of registration for violation of center guidelines.
5. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT
The students are advised to collect the "Acknowledgement Receipt" for the payment of fees immediately after registration.
If a student loses his "Acknowledgement Receipt" he can apply for duplicate acknowledgement receipt in the head office on payment of sufficient fees as prescribed
Registration/Admission to a Course is not transferable to any other individual/entity.
6. IDENTITY CARD
ID Cards are issued to students upon registration. Students are responsible to collect the same from the Centre.
Entry to the class is permitted only on production of their respective ID cards.
Students must carry ID cards with them at all times during the class and produce it upon request.
If a student loses his ID card, he can apply for duplicate ID card in the head office on payment of sufficient fees as prescribed.
Non production of ID card will attract penalty charges or the student would lose his place of seat in the class or both.
7. MATERIALS and FACULTY
Materials/workbooks are to be collected at head office as the case may be after registration but before the actual commencement of the class.
V Inspire Institutes Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to change the faculty members either at the beginning of the session or in the midst of the session.
8. TIME TABLE
Every effort will be made to hold on to the time table. In case of emergencies, V Inspire Institutes Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to increase or decrease the hours/timings in the original time table given. Such changes will be informed to the students in advance.
In case students are absent in such classes when announcement of changes were made, students are advised to contact the coordinator to confirm the schedule/changed schedule.
9. COMMUNICATION TO THE STUDENTS
Communication regarding changes in specifications of services provided by V Inspire Institute or changes in Students Rules will be intimated on Centres notice Board or through the website www.vinspire.co.in.
10. STUDENT FEEDBACK
In order to improve the quality of services provided to students, V Inspire Institute actively seeks, appreciates and acts upon Feedback from students about its services time to time.
Note: V Inspire Institute decision in any of the above shall be final and binding. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction courts of law.
DECLARATION BY THE STUDENT
I have read & understand the above and I am aware of the services V Inspire Institute shall provide to the students.
I have also understood that the students performance depends on the continuing/participating interest on his/her part. I am also aware that the conduct of CA exam is subject to ICAI policies & regulations.
I hereby declare and undertake that have read and understood the aforesaid Student Guidelines and will strictly adhere to the same at all times.
I further agree that I will fully comply with all decisions made by V Inspire Institute with regards to the above procedures and understand that the same will not be subject to any review under any circumstances.
Rules and Regulations
Students must attend all lectures, regular tests and complete home exercises regularly, as failure to do so can result in cancellation of admission without prior intimation.
Student will have to pay additional Fees / difference in fees in time as per coaching rules in case if the student willing to change the selected batch to other batch & If the student is willing to attend Next batch /sessions.
Students are required to mark their attendance into Register provided by the Center.
While V Inspire Institute Courses are aimed at enhancing academic performance of a student to score high marks, it is essential that the student displays continuing, participative interest and involvement during the classes. Merely joining at V Inspire Institute does not assure high marks.
Student passing CA/CS Course at any level from the V Inspire Institute will get priority in admission for next level.
Vehicles are to be parked at the owner’s risk at allotted area.
Use of Water and Electricity should be made to the required extent only.
Students must carry at all times their ID Card when in the Institute and produce it on demand to the staff of the Institute.
If a student has not paid fees on or before due date, admission is likely to be cancelled without any further notice.
Students are advised not to carry any valuables to the centre and the management is not responsible for any loss or damage of the same.
Students are expected to keep utmost level of discipline, while they are in the centre premises.
A student should not involve him/herself in disruption/disturbance of teaching student examination, administrative work, and curricular activity, including any attempt to prevent any staff member of V Inspire Institute from carrying on his/her work and any act reasonably like to cause such disruption.
Students are expected to behave responsibility and help V Inspire Institute for better upkeep and maintenance of the property and equipments available at the centre.
